SALT works with a team of bi-vocational pastors to provide curriculum and strategic support towards the goal of equipping local church leaders to train others. SALT is committed to empowering nationals to do as much of the ministry as possible, from teaching courses to creating them.
Family
Most everyone on this team of bi-vocational pastors is married, partnering with their spouse in various aspects of ministry.

Outside of ministry, you’ll find many of these national trainers tending to farms or small shops to supplement their income.
Education
This team of national trainers fits the classic profile of rural church leaders from low education backgrounds. Through a partnership with an Asian Seminary, many have been able to transfer their experience and knowledge into accredited degrees.
